When Satire Goes Boring

This uninspired late-to-the-game tripe is in part what is wrong with the watered-down oversaturated supposed Marketplace of Ideas that is the blogosphere.

But then again I guess I have to give credit to a man who’s built a career around masking his overt insecurities as a string of consciously obscure cultural references designed to lend credibility to his intelligence.

I’m going to go read the Gould/Gessen VF article again to wake myself up.

(Ooh, I feel like BrainVan using all these unnecessary polysyllabic descriptors.)
